Kevin Plihal MBA, RRT – President
Kevin has an MBA with emphasis in international finance from Webster University in St. Louis, MO and is a Registered Respiratory Therapist as credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
He has held senior management positions in GE Healthcare, VersaMed Medical Systems, ResMed and Tyco Healthcare/ Nellcor Puritan Bennett.
Kevin brings over 20 years of both healthcare (hospital based) and management experience from small startup medical companies to multi-billion dollar healthcare organizations and has demonstrated strong leadership and business management skills and expertise in both product and sales channel development expertise.
Wayne Wrolstad RRT- President, USA Sales
Wayne has an AS degree in Respiratory Therapy from St. Paul TVI in St. Paul Minnesota and is a Registered Respiratory Therapist as credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
He has held senior management positions at eVent Medical, as well as Sales Management and Director of Marketing positions at GE Healthcare, VersaMed Medical Systems, Tyco Healthcare, Respironics and Puritan Bennett and brings 30 years of both healthcare (hospital based) and management experience.
Throughout his career, Wayne has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in sales, global marketing and medical device product development roles.
Richard M. Muller – Secretary, CFO, Director
Richard M. Muller graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business
Administration. For more than 30 years, Mr. Muller has been involved in international business ventures,
start-up businesses and entrepreneurial pursuits and has developed substantial financial and transactional
experience relating to the re-organization, development and funding of publicly traded companies. His
background includes business activities as diverse as consumer products distribution in Eastern Europe to
mining and entertainment ventures in the United States and Latin America.
Rene Hausler – Chairman
Rene Hausler graduated with a bachelor of international business and an MBA in marketing from University
of Zurich, Switzerland. He has 35 years experience with IKEA, the world leader in home furnishings with
over 300 stores in Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia and North America.
During his long career at IKEA he
served as CEO IKEA Retail Switzerland and Austria, President and CEO IKEA US West, President and
CEO IKEA Switzerland, Czech Republic, Franchise owner IKEA San Diego with over $100m sales, 300
employees, highest profit store in the US. Mr. Hausler currently sits on the boards of; AOTI Ltd., Sportcenter
Ägeri, Unterägeri, Switzerland, Braziland Inc, Denver, United States, Fluent Inc, Denver, United States, DII,
Design and Innovation Institute, San Diego, United States, Several local political and sports associations in
Switzerland. He is also CEO and President Hausler & Oida Inc. and owner of Kapuluan Vista Resort,
Pagudpud, Philippines.
